Hand Study 1

My Hand ... Study for a painting 'Self Portrait As A Pair Of Hands'

Just experimenting with colors and textures to see what I liked. Didn't really finish this, it wasn't intended to be an end result, but I had the left and the right both up on the wall because I kind of like them.

Traced my hands with pencil on bristol paper, then black ink outlines, then markers, then colored pencil for texture over it all.

Late 1990's sometime.
