Pittsburgh 1

This is looking at the fountain towards the water where the three rivers meet in Pittsburgh, painted August 2015 on location.  I took a trip there this Summer, was fun.  #271, watercolor on paper, 9x6".  There's the science museum on the right.  There were more people that came later, I started in the early morning, and people were arriving, by the time I finished there were hundreds of people all about, but I didnt want to go back and try to add them into the painting, maybe if I ever do a larger version I will, I did take a few photos.  The fountain is filled with bits of rainbows too, the different planes of water vapor reflecting the sunlight, very pretty.
